Interested having a personal AIC Artist Member web-page? Here's what you need to do:

1. Become a member of AIC! Fill out the AIC Membership Form, and be sure to add an additional $25 to your membership donation to cover the cost of your personal web-page.

2. Fill out the Artist Member Web-Site Information Cover Sheet/Check List. This PDF can be completed on the computer and printed or it can be printed and filled out by hand. If this is not possible, you may request a paper Artist Member Web-Site Information Cover Sheet by calling the AIC office at 337.7447 or emailing information@artsiowacity.org

3. Compile all information listed on the Materials Check List.
Please note that materials can be sent to AIC in a variety of ways: electronically via Artist Information Upload or via email, or by dropping off/mailing in the information on CD. We prefer to receive text information and images in electronic form; however, if this is not at all possible, printed written materials and actual slides will be accepted.

4. Send AIC your completed material packet.
