"Arts Iowa City in New Location"
With the help of AIC members and students from the University of Iowa's Pre-Physical Therapy Program, AIC relocated from the lower-level of The Jefferson Building to 103 E. College Street, Lower-Level of the old Savings & Loan Building on the corner of Clinton and College streets [a space provided by Iowa City entrepreneur Marc Moen], during the months of December 2005 and January 2006 and opened with its premiere exhibition on February 27, 2006 featuring "Art of Latvia: Waiting, War, Inflammation & Pomegranates," curated by R.H. Butler."
